LIQUID METER PROVING SYSTEMS

PROVER SYSTEM CAPABILITIES
SMALL VOLUME PROVERS
Small volume provers use a precisely measured displacement volume, high-resolution detector switches and pulse interpolation to verify liquid flow meters without interrupting normal operation. Their compact footprint and rapid proving cycles make them suitable for permanent installations, mobile systems and locations with limited space.
BALL PROVERS
Ball provers use a calibrated length of pipe and a displacer sphere to establish a known reference volume between detector switches. Their durable construction and larger displacement volume make them well suited to pipeline, terminal and high-flow liquid custody transfer applications.
