GAS & LIQUID CUSTODY TRANSFER
CALDON ultrasonic flow meters and complete metering assemblies for gas and liquid custody transfer.
ULTRASONIC METERING
ULTRASONIC METER ASSEMBLIES
Trillium supplies fabricated ultrasonic meter spools and complete metering assemblies for gas and liquid applications. Each assembly is configured around the selected meter, process conditions and installation requirements, with options for flow conditioning, instrumentation and flow computer integration.
Gas Ultrasonic Flow Meters
CALDON LEFM 300 series ultrasonic gas meters support natural gas custody transfer and allocation measurement. The range includes four-path, eight-path, redundant and self-verifying configurations to suit different installation conditions and measurement requirements. Trillium supplies individual meters and complete metering assemblies, with calibration, service and technical support.
A cost-effective four-path ultrasonic gas meter for natural gas custody transfer applications, used with a flow conditioner.
Two independent four-path gas meters in one compact body for applications requiring redundant measurement.
An eight-path ultrasonic gas meter designed to reduce the effects of swirl and non-axial flow, with flexible installation options.
Two independent eight-path gas meters within one body, combining redundant measurement with a compact installation.
A self-verifying ultrasonic gas meter that evaluates current meter and process conditions to provide ongoing measurement performance information.
LIQUID ULTRASONIC FLOW METERS
CALDON LEFM 200 series ultrasonic meters support liquid hydrocarbon custody transfer and allocation measurement, including refined products, heavy crude oils and cryogenic applications. Trillium helps select the meter and assembly configuration to suit fluid properties, flow conditions, installation requirements and calibration needs.
A four-path ultrasonic liquid meter for fiscal and custody transfer applications, generally installed with a flow conditioner.
Two independent four-path liquid meters within one compact body, supporting redundant measurement or check metering.
An eight-path ultrasonic liquid meter designed to reduce the effects of swirl and non-axial flow in hydrocarbon measurement.
An eight-path meter with a reduced-bore nozzle design developed to improve proving performance and support high-viscosity liquid measurement.
An eight-path ultrasonic meter developed for LNG and other cryogenic measurement applications.
A self-verifying ultrasonic liquid meter that evaluates current meter and process conditions to provide ongoing measurement performance information.
SOFTWARE & DIAGNOSTICS
CALDON USM Measurement Advisor provides configuration, diagnostics and condition monitoring for compatible LEFM gas and liquid ultrasonic meters. Operators can review live measurements, investigate alarms and compare historical trends to assess meter performance and support maintenance decisions.
Compatibility depends on the installed meter electronics and firmware.
