CUSTODY TRANSFER METERING
Trillium configures custody transfer systems with the metering technology best suited to the product, viscosity, flow range and operating requirements.
The Brodie BiRotor Plus positive displacement meter is designed for accurate measurement of petroleum liquids. Its twin-helical-rotor design and reliable pulse output make it well suited to custody transfer, terminal, pipeline and batching applications.
The Daniel 1500 Series provides a turbine-meter option for liquid custody transfer systems. Trillium can configure the meter around the required size, pressure class, electronic output and operating conditions.
SYSTEM COMPONENTS
Trillium integrates the supporting equipment required to condition the product, process meter signals and maintain controlled flow through the custody transfer system.
Strainers and air eliminators help remove debris and entrained air before measurement, protecting downstream equipment and supporting accurate liquid measurement.
Flow computers and electronic registers process meter signals, manage loading and batch functions, and provide operators with transferred-volume and transaction information.
Piston-operated control valves provide accurate liquid flow control and can be configured for on/off, flow-limiting, pressure-control and batch-loading functions.
