The Mesa Laboratory FlexCal is a dry portable gas flow calibrator with a high accuracy of 0.5% of reading.  It comes in three sizes: FlexCal-H covers 500 – 50 000 sccm, FlexCal-M covers 50 – 5 000 sccm and the FlexCal-L covers 5 – 500 sccm.  The calibrator can be used in pressure or suction mode and can interface with a PC using the free downloadable software.
