The Brooks SLA5800 series are digital thermal mass flow meters and controllers with superior performance. Flow capacity ranges from 0.06 sccm to 2500 slpm with accuracy of up to 0.9% of reading. The SLA5800 series can be supplied with multiple calibrations stored onboard allowing you to use it on various gases and flow ranges while maintaining high accuracy. Available with pressure rating of up to 4500 PSIG and communication options including DeviceNet®, EtherCAT®, Profibus®, EtherNet/IP™ and RS-485 plus analog input and output.
