The Brooks SLAMF series are digital thermal mass flow meters and controllers with superior performance. Flow capacity ranges from 0.06 sccm to 36,000 slpm with accuracy of up to 0.9% of reading. The SLAMF series can be supplied with multiple calibrations stored onboard allowing you to use it on various gases and flow ranges while maintaining high accuracy. Available with pressure rating of up to 4500 PSIG and communication options including DeviceNet®, Profibus® and RS-485 plus analog interfaces. The SLAMF series is suited for hazardous area applications and comes with a NEMA 4X/IP66 enclosure for installation outdoors and in hose down areas.
