Introducing the new Bios ML One with an all in one design covering your gas flow range of 5 - 50,000 sccm with an accuracy of +/- 0.15% of reading.  The ML One contains three flow tubes in a single portable unit.  The ML One is extremely fast, performing flow readings during the forward and reverse motion of the piston.  Wetted materials are stainless steel, glass and AFLAS fluoroelastomers making the ML One ideal for all gases including corrosive and combustible fluids.  The new color touch screen display is very easy to use, it provides you with detailed information about the measurement process at a glance.  Flow calibration has never been easier with the new Bios ML One.  There are two communication ports, USB and RS232, the communication protocol is supplied so that you can integrate the ML One into your process.  For out of the box operation the ML One comes with PC software which when integrated with the Bios Integrator 110 allows you to perform automated calibrations. 

Bios DryCal portable gas flow calibrator.  Primary standard, provides volumetric and standardized flow readings.  Flow range 5 to 30,000 sccm with an accuracy of +/- 0.75% of reading volumetric and +/-1% of reading standardized.

The Bios Defender Series are dry and portable volumetric primary flow standards.  The design is compact, light and very easy to use.  The Defender provides fast volumetric readings with an accuracy of +/- 1% of reading, and is capable of taking measurements under suction or positive pressure.  The flow capacity ranges from 5 sccm up to 30,000 sccm.  The Defender was engineered for the occupational health and safety industry where accurate measurement is a must.

Bios Met Lab Series high-precision primary standard piston prover.   The ML-500 is a completely dry portable calibrator with a high accuracy of +/- 0.20% of reading volumetric.  There are three interchangeable cells with a capacity of 5 to 50,000 sccm.   The ML-500 measures fluid temperature and pressure allowing it to provide both volumetric and standardized flow readings.

Bios Met Lab Series high-precision primary standard piston prover.   The ML-800 has a high accuracy of +/- 0.15% of reading standardized.  There are four interchangeable flow cells that cover a range of 0.5 to 50,000 sccm.  The ML-800 measures fluid temperature and pressure and provides flow readings in volumetric or standardized.

The Definer 1020 is a dry high-precision primary standard piston prover.  This calibrator covers a range of 5 - 500 slpm, with accuracy of +/- 0.25% of reading standardized.  The Definer 1020 is also easy to transport and can be moved from one lab to another.
