The Brooks CMX45-CMX100 series digital capacitance manometers have a unique design that gives them long term stability even in the most aggressive installations.  Available full scale ranges are 1000 Torr to 100 milliTorr with an extremely high accuracy.  The CMX series are heated gauges with an operating range of 45C or 100C.

The Brooks CMX160 series digital capacitance manometers have a unique design that gives them long term stability even in the most aggressive installations.  Available full scale ranges of 1000 Torr to 100 milliTorr with an extremely high accuracy.  The CMX160 series are heated gauges with an operating range of 160C.
