The Bios Definer 110 is a compact indestructible EPA Flow Transfer Standard.   The Definer 110 is compatible with most ambient airflow monitors.

The Bios gas flow calibration solution provides you with everything required to perform manual or automated calibrations, including generating calibration reports.

The Bios Integrator 110 is a command, control and readout system that connects with mass flow devices and the Bios line of gas flow calibrators to semi or fully automate your flow calibration process.

Bios Gas Flow Benches are configured to provide the stable flow critical to the calibration process.  Bios offers various benches each pre-configured for a specific calibration setup and includes the required valving, pressure regulator, pressure gauge, process connections and flow stand.

Each Bios calibrator comes with a free copy of Optimizer Collect Light.  Optimizer Collect Light includes templates for capturing flow data from your Bios calibrator directly into a preconfigured Excel spreadsheet.  It also allows you to enter data from your device under test (DUT) and calculates the error between the calibrator and your DUT.  Optimizer Collect Light is upgradeable to a full version of Collect which when interfaced with the Integrator 110 allows you to perform automated calibrations.
